Pick a mysterious eye shadow, a bold lipstick and a discreet blush. Black mascara will make her eyes look bigger and cuter. Next step, choose the best outfit for the little mermaid. You have some lovely dresses to choose from, I am sure you will love all of them and have a difficult time to make up your mind. Pick the perfect pair of shoes to complete the outfit and some statement accessories. The perfect hairdo is not something to ignore, of course! Next in line is Elsa.
